Metallurgy
Our castings incorporate state–of–the-art metallurgical technologies to ensure complete control over every stage of the process. Precise alloy composition delivers targeted mechanical properties, while advanced melting and alloying techniques guarantee a uniform structure and superior casting performance. Measuring Technology
Accurate measurement is the foundation of proven quality. From incoming goods inspection through to final component verification, we monitor every critical process parameter with precision. Our certified measuring equipment and highly trained specialists ensure reliable, repeatable results at every stage. By archiving and analysing measurement data over many years, we continuously enhance our processes and strengthen our technical expertise. Our measurement capabilities include, among others:

Non-destructive Testing
Our NDT department operates as a dedicated service partner to our customers, ensuring rigorous process monitoring and the highest quality standards. Depending on specific requirements, our aluminium castings undergo comprehensive testing and certification. These standards are tailored to customer specifications, regional regulations, and the demands of the target industry, guaranteeing reliability, compliance, and consistent performance.
We utilise a range of advanced X-ray systems, enabling both digital and film-based inspection to deliver detailed insights into the internal structure of our cast components. Alongside radiography and digital radioscopy, we perform crack detection using both the red-white and fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) methods. These dye penetrant tests ensure precise evaluation of surface integrity and the detection of even the smallest defects. In addition, a variety of further tests are carried out on our components, including:
- Pressure and leak tests
- Electrical resistance measurement
- Ultrasonic testing
Destructive Testing
In addition to non-destructive testing, we carry out comprehensive destructive testing to verify the mechanical strength and performance of our castings. Using advanced tensile testing equipment, sample specimens are tested to destruction to ensure full compliance in serial production. For initial sample approval, castings are sectioned in accordance with specifications and validated through multi-sample testing, guaranteeing reliability, consistency, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
